The Challenge
Sanjeev Verma and Sachin Soni identified a massive gap in India's real estate ecosystem — property buyers, sellers, architects, civil engineers, interior designers, legal advisors, contractors, and construction material suppliers all operated in disconnected silos. There was no single platform that unified the entire lifecycle of property discovery, professional hiring, and construction material sourcing.
The founders envisioned Bhu Master as an all-in-one marketplace and utility platform that would digitize the fragmented Indian real estate and construction industry. But the challenge was enormous: building a cross-platform mobile application (iOS + Android), a responsive website, a powerful CRM for managing leads and vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance across every dimension — from company incorporation to app store publishing, from data privacy regulations to trademark protection.
They needed a partner who could handle everything end-to-end: UI/UX design, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, legal formalities, and go-to-market compliance — without burning through their limited pre-seed capital.

Company Formation & Legal Compliance:
Bhu Master Private Limited was incorporated with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Kanpur, under CIN U93190UP2025PTC228524. The BSL (Bharat Startup Launchpad) legal playbooks guided the founders through clean cap table structuring, director appointment (DIN issuance for both Sanjeev Kumar Verma and Sachin Soni), and shareholder agreement drafting.
Startup India & DPIIT Recognition:
Using BSL (Bharat Startup Launchpad)'s pre-vetted DPIIT application templates, the company applied for and secured Startup India recognition. This unlocked eligibility for government grants up to ₹10 Lakhs, self-certification under 6 labour laws, and fast-tracked patent examination.
DUNS Certification:
Bhu Master obtained its D-U-N-S Number from Dun & Bradstreet, establishing global business credibility. This unique 9-digit identifier is now used for vendor verification, enterprise partnerships, and international credibility.
Trademark Registration:
The "Bhu Master" brand name and logo were filed for trademark protection under the Indian Trademarks Act, securing the brand identity across classes relevant to real estate technology and digital marketplaces.
UI/UX Design:
BSL (Bharat Startup Launchpad)'s design team created a complete design system covering 60+ screens for the mobile application and a fully responsive website. The UI was built around an intuitive property marketplace experience with advanced search filters (location, price, type), professional service directories, and a construction material sourcing module. Key tools like the EMI Loan Calculator and Land Area Unit Converter were designed for maximum usability.
Full-Stack Development (Flutter + Firebase + Google Cloud):
- Website: A high-performance, SEO-optimized Next.js website with server-side rendering, showcasing the platform's capabilities, professional directory, and property listings.
- CRM System: A custom-built CRM powered by Firebase Firestore for real-time lead management, vendor relationships, professional onboarding, and customer communication pipelines.
- Cross-Platform App (Flutter): A single Flutter codebase powering both iOS and Android apps with native performance. The iOS app was designed per Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, with proper App Store Connect setup, TestFlight beta testing, and App Store submission. The Android app was optimized for Google Play Console, including Android App Bundle creation, Play Store listing optimization, and staged rollout deployment.
- Firebase Services: Firebase Authentication for secure user login, Cloud Firestore for real-time database, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications, Firebase Storage for property images and documents, Firebase Hosting for the web app, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting.
- Google Cloud & Analytics: Google Cloud Platform for scalable backend infrastructure, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for comprehensive user behavior tracking, conversion funnels, and acquisition insights across all platforms.
Database & Data Privacy:
The entire backend was architected with data privacy-first principles — implementing AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023. A comprehensive privacy policy and terms of service were drafted and published.
App Store Compliance & Launch:
- Google Play Console: App signing key management, content rating questionnaire completion, data safety section filing, target API level compliance (Android 14+), and adherence to Google Play Developer Program Policies.
- Apple App Store: App Review guideline compliance, privacy nutrition labels, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework integration, export compliance documentation, and TestFlight beta program setup.
