Urban households struggle to find verified, reliable, and skilled professionals for household services and home care. The founders realized that the unorganized sector lacked transparency, background checks, and standardized pricing. They envisioned Workezy as an on-demand platform connecting trained professionals with households for services ranging from deep cleaning and appliance repair to elderly care and specialized nursing. The challenge was building a robust dual-sided marketplace (for customers and service partners) with strict KYC compliance, real-time tracking, and automated payout systems, while securing official recognition to build trust.

DPIIT Recognition & Legal:
We fast-tracked their Startup India DPIIT recognition under the 'House-Hold Services' and 'Home Care' sector, securing their Certificate of Recognition (DIPP66254). We also handled their private limited company incorporation, GST registration, and ISO 9001 certification for quality management.
Platform Development:
- Customer App: A beautiful, intuitive app (iOS/Android) for booking services, tracking professionals in real-time, and managing secure digital payments.
- Partner App: A dedicated app for service professionals to receive leads, manage schedules, and track earnings with automated weekly payouts.
- Admin Dashboard: A powerful Next.js dashboard for the operations team to handle KYC verification, dispatching, dispute resolution, and analytics.
